What Happens Next:
✅ Within 24-48 Hours:
We will review your application and send you a draft antenuptial contract for your review.
✅ Review & Approve:
You'll receive the draft via email. Review it carefully and let us know if any changes are needed.
✅ Sign & Register:
Once approved, you will sign the Power of Attorney and Contract and either courier the original documents to us or, if you prefer, sign the contract at our offices. We'll then register it at the Pretoria Deeds Office.
✅ Marriage Certificate Issued:
With the original documentation in hand (either by courier or in person), we issue a certificate to your marriage officer so your wedding can proceed without delay!
Expected Timeline: Most contracts are finalised within 2-5 business days. Its still best to do this well before getting married.
